I experienced several frustrations during my stay. The shower in my room leaked continuously, making it difficult to enjoy the bathroom. Additionally, the mini fridge was warmer than the room itself, which was incredibly disappointing. On top of that, I found that the hotel’s parking was unusually expensive compared to nearby options, adding to my overall dissatisfaction.

To add insult to injury, I expected a complimentary welcome gift since they knew I was arriving for a special occasion, but of course, nothing. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

best western has a great location right across from the train station, making travel super easy. i loved how clean my single room with a french bed was! the staff were especially friendly, helping me resolve a pre-payment issue without any fuss. breakfast was a nice spread with plenty of choices.
